Kayaking tour with guide

If you want to kayak, but feel like you want some company and maybe also get some instructions on the way, you can book a guided tour.

See Karlstad from the water. Join us on a kayaking tour with a guide on Klarälven, where we adjust the pace to the level of the participants. Swimming skills are a requirement, but no prior knowledge is required.

With stable kayaks and calm waters, almost anyone can join. We first paddle lightly upstream up the river to Löfbergs Arena. There we take a break on the beach just beyond the stadium and there is time to both eat the provided lunch bag and take a bath. The trip back to the theater goes downstream, so it will be a pleasant return even for those who are not so used to paddling.

We start from our Kayakomat at the theatre (Wermland Opera) in central Karlstad. Kayak and life jacket can be borrowed. The tour takes 2.5 to 3 hours including a break.
